A
Windows service "Background Intelligent Transfer Service" - Uses idle network bandwidth to transfer data between your computer and Microsoft update center.

Execution command: C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs

If you don't need Microsoft update center to tell when Windows updates are available, you can disable "Background Intelligent Transfer Service", freeing up at least 1MB of memory.
