Would I be able to upgrade visual studio 2012 to visual studio 2013 without downloading visual studio 2013?

The file for visual studio 2012 was large and i wont want to do that type of download again when visual studion 2013 comes out can i upgrade visual studio 2012 to visual studio 2013 without downloading again?

While you will likely have some sort of upgrade path - you'll still either have to download it somewhere and get it to your computer *or* get it some other way in order to upgrade 2012 to 2013. ;-)
