How do I get a program (Outlook) to start automatically on windows 8 start up?

I have always been able to add programs to my startup menu in previous versions of windows but can't find out how to do this in windows 8

It has never been a good idea to auto start Office's Outlook. So much more needs to be started first especially in win 8. Instead, right click on the Outlook shortcut on your Desktop (make one if you don't already have it) right click on it and Pin to Taskbar. Right click on it again and Pin to Start. Then after boot and everything is loaded properly, just use the shortcut to open.
