Unable to remove .net framework for fresh installation of the same from windows 8
Recently something went wrong with my installation of .net framework when i did a clean install of windows. Then i manually tried to remove the .net framework from registry but its shows error while deleting entries of .net framework from registry as ACCESS IS DENIED. Please help as other apps depending on framework show an error at startup like btray.exe. I have also tried the Microsoft .net framework tool.
Another thing i would like to inform is when i try and troubleshoot network problems it shows this error message 0x80131702.

As per your description, I understand that when you are trying to manually remove .Net framework from registry you are getting an error message: Access is denied. Since you are also facing issues while troubleshooting network problem, it seems like the issue is related with the corruption of system files of your Windows 8 computer. I will certainly help you with the same. However, we need few more details to understand the issue better.
Why you want to remove .net framework from your clean installed Windows 8?
Were you facing any .Net framework issue, prior to the attempt of uninstallation?
What network problem are you facing on your computer
Please provide us the screenshot of the error message.

I recommend you to follow the instructions from Aaron Stebner’s article on “.Net framework Cleanup Tool†to remove the corrupt files and entries of .Net framework and then try to install Windows Update by following below mentioned steps:
Please follow the steps to install available Windows Updates.
Press Windows + C, type Windows Update in the Search box, then click Windows Update in the results pane.
Click Check for Updates. After the scan is complete, click Review optional updates.
Click the check box next to the updates, then click Install updates.
If prompted, review the license agreement, then click I Accept.
Follow the onscreen instructions to download and install the updates. If prompted, reboot your computer.
