How do I sign out or log out of app store?

I would like to log out of app store so when I let others use my Windows 8 tablet, they can't buy apps without my permission. As it is right now, once I set up my account, anyone with access to my Windows 8 tablet can download any app they want. This prevents me from lending my tablets to family and friends which I do frequently. I let my niece and nephews play games or watch YouTube to keep them entertained. They are old enough that they know how to go to the app store and download stuff.

When you are in the Windows Store, use the settings charm, click on "Your Account" and sign out.
