Starting in year 2007, United States, Canada and Mexico will
change starting and ending dates of Daylight Saving Time.

If bought your computer before 2007, your Windows Server 2003 system will not
follow the new starting and ending dates correctly.
But you can fix your system with Microsoft Update program
using this tutorial:
1. Go to Daylight Saving Time Update for Windows Server 2003 Page.
2. Download the following file:
File Name: WindowsServer2003-KB931836-x86-ENU.exe
Version: 931836
Knowledge Base (KB) Articles: KB931836
Date Published: 2/14/2007
Language: English
Download Size: 518 KB
3. Double click on WindowsServer2003-KB931836-x86-ENU.exe to run the update program.
4. Folllow the instructions to finish the update.
Your system will be updated with the new starting and ending dates of Daylight Saving Time.
