I want to create a show file from a PowerPoint 2007 presentation file,
so that I can give the show file to my friends to view it in show mode.
Can I do this with PowerPoint 2007?
| | By: fyicenter.com | Yes, you can easily create a show file from a presentation file with PowerPoint 2007 in 4 steps.
A PowerPoint show file contains the same content as the original presentation file.
But it only be opened in show mode.
1. Open your presentation file (extension .pptx) in Office PowerPoint 2007.
2. Click the Microsoft Office Button, then click Save As mene item. You will see the "Save As" box showing up.
3. In the "Save as type:" field, select "PowerPoint Show (*.ppsx)" option
from the dropdown list.
4. Click the Save button. A new PowerPoint show file (extension .ppsx)
will be created. You can send this .ppsx file to your friends.
