A

"msconfig" tool on Windows Vista and Windows 7 has been changed comparing with Windows XP.

The SYSTEM.INI tab and the WIN.INI tab has been removed, due to those system files being completely deprecated in Windows Vista and Windows 7. They are only required for 16-bit program compatibility.

The new "Boot" tab is replacing the old "BOOT.INI" tab:

The "Boot" tab allows you to control boot options.
