Windows service "IPSEC Services" - Manages IP security policy and starts the ISAKMP/Oakley (IKE) and the IP security driver.

Execution command: C:\WINDOWS\System32\lsass.exe

If you are not using special ISAKMP/Oakley (IKE) service, you can disable "IPSEC Services", freeing up at least 1MB of memory.
