Windows 8 RP Activation Error

I keep getting a error 0x80072F8F whenever I try to activate Win8, I used the exact product key provided. I couldn't activate the system for a couple of days sense I have no internet at home and had to wait until today when I got to my local library. Also using the 32bit version.

a: Right Click at the bottom left of the screen and select System.
b: Click View Details in Windows Activation under Windows Activation
c: Click Activate

Method 2: Perform the steps mentioned below and see if it helps.
a: Right Click at the bottom left of the screen and select Run.
b: Now type Slui 4 in the Run dialog box and hit enter.
c: Select the nearest location and click next
