Windows service "DCOM Server Process Launcher" - Provides launch functionality for DCOM services.

Execution command: C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k DcomLaunch

This service is needed for Windows firewall functions. So you should leave it running in "Automatic" mode.
