Using Windows Task Manager to Monitor Running Programs
How to review running programs with Windows Task Manager?

If you want see all programs that are currently running on your system, you can use Windows Task Manager.
2. Press <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<Del> keys together. Windows Security dialog box shows up.
