I am upgrading two Windows Vista and two Windows 7 PCs. Can I use the same 32 bit disk on Vista PCs and the same 64 bit disk to upgrade the two Windows 7 PCs?

Yes. Using the same disk is never a problem But you must use different product keys for each computer. You can not use one license for more than one computer.
