Removing "Content.MSO" Temporary Files on Windows 7
What files are stored in the "C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.MSO" folder? Can I delete them?

Files stored in the
"C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.MSO"
folder are temporary files stored by MSO (Microsoft Office) applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
For example, if you copy and paste a picture to Word document, the picture will stored in this folder
as a temporary file.
Yes, you can remove everything in that folder.
