How to finish the quick setup for Windows 10 to check for updates?

When you power on your new Windows 10 computer, it will run some initiation steps and then display the quick setup screen as shown below:

1. Read the message on the screen: "Hi here, Let's get a few basic things out of the way."

2. Fill in the input fields as shown below:

What's your home country/region?
   Canada

What's your preferred app language?
   English (Canada)

What keyboard layout would you like to use?
   Canadian Multilingual Standard

What time zone are you in?
   Eastern time

3. Hit the "Next" button.
