Windows service "Message Queuing" - Providing Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ) service enabling applications running at different times to communicate across heterogeneous networks and systems that may be temporarily offline.

Execution command: C:\WINDOWS\System32\mqsvc.exe

If you don't use MSMQ, you can disable "Message Queuing", freeing up at least 1MB of memory.
