SafeSearch settings can be accessed through App Settings / SafeSearch in Bing. SafeSearch settings (and any actions taken within SafeSearch) are NOT shared with the bing.com experience. For example, you can have SafeSearch within the app set to OFF, but have the same feature set to Moderate for the bing.com experience. In other words, these settings are not shared across app & bing.com experience.
