Windows service "Remote Procedure Call (RPC)" - Provides the endpoint mapper and other miscellaneous RPC services.

Execution command: C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost -k rpcss

This is a very important base service for many other networking services, so leave it running in "Automatic" mode.
