Can I disable Windows service "Windows Image Acquisition (WIA)" to speedup my computer?

Execution command: C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k imgsvc
If you are not using your computer to manage image devices like scanners, you should disable "Windows Image Acquisition (WIA)", freeing up at least 1MB of memory.
