Replacing my Motherboard

Currently I have Windows 8 installed. I want to replace my Motherboard but I don't want to loose windows 8. How would I replace my Motherboard without loosing Windows 8. I also have my activation key for the windows 8 that is already installed if that helps.

Well as long as you don't touch your hard drive you should be OK. But i would say when you replace your Motherboard that Windows 8 may be De-Activated" because your hardware configuration has changed. When I replaced my video card mine was de-activated and I had to re-activate it again.
