Windows shows There's a problem with your camera error
We have a Dell Ispirion 11 Touch computer running Windows 8 that has recently locked up on the screen - “there's a problem with your camera†We are unable to exit this screen even after restarting the computer.

Method 1:
Run hardware and devices troubleshooter and check. Please follow these steps:
a. Press Windows + C keys together and then click search.
b. Type troubleshooting in the search box and click troubleshooting.
c. Click "View all" and then click "Hardware and Devices".
d. Click "Next" and follow on-screen instructions.
If it does not help, use method 2.
Method 2:
Uninstall and reinstall camera. To uninstall camera. Please follow these steps:
a. Press Windows + R keys together, type devmgmt.msc in run window and press Enter.
b. Search for camera device and click to expand it.
c. Right click the camera and click uninstall.
d. Restart the computer.
