Print Spooler error after Windows 8.1 update.
I updated my work computer and home computer from windows 8 to 8.1 via the app store, now both computers cannot print due to print spooler service not working, it says error 1721 not enough resources blah blah blah. i have tried starting the service via command line (net start spooler) and clicking start in the services tab in manage in pc properties. i have tried editing the registry like some people are suggesting in the web, deleting files in the printer folder in window/system32, uninstalling drivers (after removal reinstalling says cannot due to print spooler service not running). still cannot get the dam thing to work. starting to regret updating now.
