The quickest way to find out the version of your Windows system, is the following:
Click "Start > Settings > System > About", you will see detailed information about your system. It may read like this:
PC name: pc Organization: WORKGROUP Edition: Windows 10 Home Version: 1511 OS Build: 10586.0 Processor: Intel Core i5-4570T CPU @ 2.90GHz Installed RAM: 8.00 GB System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
