How can I get Windows 10 notification and icon to go away

How can I get Windows 10 notification and icon to go away. Each time I go to notifications and click "hide notification and icon" it does go away, however, every time log off or restart my computer it's there again. I don't want this product. I want to delete it or whatever else I need to do to make it go away permanently.

Go to Control Panel under "Programs" (like you're going to uninstall aprogram).

Click Installed Updates on the left, and uninstall the KB3035583 update, which removes the update icon.
