This is not really a Windows question. But we found the answer for you:

Go to your Yahoo! mail option page and click on the Spam link. You should see spam options page showing up.

Go to the "Block images" section and click the "Always show images, except in Spam folder" radio button.

Click the "Save Changes" button.

Your Yahoo! email should not block any images now.
