How to change Windows Store currency to USD?

I am a current resident of Lebanon, therefore I have changed the region settings in my computer to Lebanon.

It all went fine, and the Windows Store also updated fine, but now it is showing the currency of the paid apps in Lebanese Pounds.

How can I make it show the currency in US Dollars while I'm living in Lebanon?
