number pad in virtual keyboard needs to be inverted

Q

How can the number pad in the Windows 8 virtual keyboard be changed to match a regular keyboard number pad with the 123 on the bottom and the 789 on the top? Windows 8 tries to emulate a phone keypad with the number order reversed.
