Recovery disk

Q

I tried to reset my lap back to its factory settings, but it required a Windows recovery disk which I have no idea about. Where can I find it?

Please refer this tutorial and see if that helps: http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/5132-recovery-drive-create-usb-flash-drive-windows-8-a.html Yes you are right if you perform a factory reset in this computer which has Windows 8.1 now will change all its files and settings to Windows 8. It would appear just the same as it was when you purchased the computer.
