Can I disable Windows service "MSSQLServer" to speedup my computer?

Execution command: C:\MSSQL7\binn\sqlservr.exe
If you are not using Microsoft SQL server, you can disable "MSSQLServer", freeing up at least 12MB of memory. Or you can uninstall MS SQL Server from your computer.
