How to download and install jpgQ? How to use it to estimate the quality level of JPG/JPEG file?

If you are interested in using jpgQ, follw these steps to download and install jpgQ:

1. Go to http://www.mediachance.com/digicam/jpgq.htm

2. Locate and download the jpegq.zip file on the page. The file size is about 530.

3. Unzip jpegq.zip. You will see the executable file JpgQ.exe.

4. Double click on JpgQ.exe. You will see the jpgQ main screen.

5. Click the "Load JPEG" button to locate and load a JPG/JPEG picture file.

6. CLick the "RUN!" button to start the estimation process.

7. When it's done, you see the estimate result displayed as shown below:
