How to search for special characters in Explorer?

have a collection of 1000+ files in an FTP folder. The problem is that about 50 of them contain & symbols in their file names. I need to find and delete all files containing the '&' symbol. I thought it should be easy enough to search File Explorer for the '&' symbol. However, when doing so, nothing happens. It returns all the files. Is there any way to search for special characters like '&' in File Explorer?
