screen capture win 8 winKey+volumeDown....how to change?

I checked as much as i could throw the web...an yet to come with the solution. I have a panasonic toughpad with an extra kind of gampad connected. Now, the computer recognize the gamepad and i have a spair button which I want to allocate it the screen capture command which now the winKey+volumeDown is doing as deafult. Is there a way to do it? Where and how can I find the place which this definitions are at..?
