If your Samsung SGH-i937 Windows Phone is paired with your Windows 7 laptop computer, and you want to send or receive picture and music files through Bluetooth connection from your phone to your laptop, the answer is no.

As of 2012, Windows Phone 7.5 still does not support Bluetooth FTP for file transfers. And no body knows when Microsoft will add Bluetooth file transfer function to Windows Phone systems.
