WHEN I LOOK FOR A PROGRAM THAT WAS INSTALLED ON MY COMPUTER BEFORE I DID A REFRESH, A LIST POPS UP LISTING THE PROGRAMS THAT WERE INSTALLED AND WHEN I CLICK ON A PROGRAM, I'M TAKEN TO A WEBSITE THAT HAS THE PROGRAMS AVAILABLE, BUT NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REINSTALL THEM... WHAT TO DO???
