"\User_Feed_Synchronization-{76C37662...}" is a scheduled task on Windows 7 system
added as part of Windows installation.
It is the Microsoft Feeds Synchronization task found on PCs with Internet Explorer and
which automatic RSS Feeds synchronization turned ON. This task starts up at the
intervals specified in Internet Explorer and checks for updates to your RSS feeds.
Once it has updated your RSS feeds, it terminates.
You will see "\User_Feed_Synchronization-{76C37662...}" listed on Task Scheduler with the following information:
