Windows 8 Printer Permanent Uninstall?

I can't uninstall printers in Windows 8. Every time I do it in Control Panel > Devices and Printers they come back!

I need to uninstall a bunch of old printers and some current ones so that I can reinstall the current ones to get them to work properly.

MICROSOFT please take note - this is a bug that has been around since Windows SEVEN. Time for a fix.

Open Computer > Program Files
Look for the Printer Folder
Look for Uninstaller in the folder
Open Control Panel > Uninstall Programs
Look for the Printer Software once the list propogates
Select the software and select Uninstall
