I have purchased MP4 files from Itunes and now it will not play on Windows 8 Video. Actually won't play on any media software on Windows 8. Anyone got a solution or have had the same problem

1. Do you get any error while trying to play the mp4 video file in the Video app?

2. Did you try to play the mp4 video file in Windows Media Player?

3. Does this issue occur with all the mp4 video files bought from itunes or with any particular file?

4. Are you able to play other video files in the Video app or in the Windows Media Player?
