Before we start with the troubleshooting steps, I would like to know some information about the issue.

1. What happens when you try to boot to Safe Mode?
2. Do you have Windows 8 installation media?
3. Have you made any changes to the computer prior to this issue?

This issue might have caused due to Display driver issue or due to missing or corrupted system file issues. I would suggest you to try the following methods and check if it works for you?

Method 1:
If you have an installation media then try performing Automatic Repair using the installation media.

Follow the steps to perform Automatic Repair:

a. Boot the computer using the Windows 8 Installation Media or bootable DVD or USB.
b. On the ‘Windows Setup’ wizard click on ‘Next’ and click on ‘Repair your computer’.
c. You will then see a blue screen and an option to choose.
d. Click on ‘Troubleshoot’ then click on ‘Advanced Option’ and then click on ‘Automatic Repair’.

Method 2:
Boot from the Windows 8 Installation Media and then perform system restore and check if it helps. Restore to a point before the issue started.

Follow the steps to perform system restore:
a. Insert media such as (DVD or flash drive) and press F12 key and click on change default or other options which is at the bottom of the screen.
b. In the next screen click on troubleshoot option, this will display you different WinRE (Windows Recovery Environment) options to resolve issues with the computer when it is in no boot state.
c. Now Click on System Restore, this will open up a Wizard and restore to a point when the computer was working fine.
