Cant use Digital Upgrade (Not Available For Country) (US)

I have a product key to upgrade digitally to Windows 8, but when i run the assistant, it says that it isnt available for my country, i'd give a screen shot but XP doesnt have the Snipping Tool.

Make sure you apply the latest updates before upgrading.
- Try switching to a wired connection if you are downloading over Wi-Fi
- Disable/uninstall any third party Antivirus you might have installed prior to updating.
- Do a clean boot.
