APPS wont' install, error 0x80072ee4 comes up everytime it is tried

Q

Finally got the Windows Store to open and tried to install apps under different categories. Each app couldn't install with error 0x80072ee4 given as reason. I have been trying for weeks to get the pc to be trusted by Microsoft without success. I've tried all the usual suggestions given so far on community posts with no luck. I get the code each time I have tried and enter it on accounts.live.com and it sends me back to get code on the device to be trusted which is what I'm on at the time. Would the pc not trusted prevent the apps from installing completely?

Please upload a copy of your system information file. Click "start" , type "msinfo32" , Click "file" at the top of the page, select "export" and give the file a name and click "save" .

Navigate to where the file was saved to, and upload the generated text file to a public folder on your OneDrive account and post the link here.

If you do not know how to upload and share the files using Onedrive, please refer to the video tutorials in the links below.

Before watching the videos, there are a few things to remember about what is needed here, and how to accomplish the task.

1. Upload the files to a new folder on OneDrive.
