How do I change the login email address and access to Windows 8 Features?

I accidentally inputted a bad email into the set up of the upgrade to windows 8 and now I can't access any of the windows 8 features.

when setting up the upgrade for windows 8 it asked for my email address. I misspelled the name of my domain, which causes it have any instructions or mail go to the vast wasteland of never never land. I need to verify my email to make the apps work but since the email is in valid I can't do this. I need to know how to revise the login email address in windows 8 so that I can move forward and verify my account.

a) Open Settings Charms Bar: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-IN/windows-8/change-pc-settings#1TC=t1

b) Click Users.

c) Click Switch to Microsoft Account and follow the onscreen instructions.

Note: You may also create a new user account and set the email.
