How do I connect my xbox One to my laptop?

I'm just starting to stream using the site Twitch and I need a computer program to help my stream by letting me put the team speak on my stream. But my problem is, I don't know how to connect my Xbox One to my laptop. Is there any way I can connect them wirelessly? My Xbox is on one of those old school entertainment systems and its kind of high off the ground and away from my coffee table. If there isn't a wireless method, what are any other ways to connect the two so I can stream my Xbox One gameplay using my laptop?
