How to start Windows PowerShell?

On most Windows systems, you follow these steps to start Windows PowerShell:
1. Enter "Windows PowerShell" in the Windows search box. You will see "Windows PowerShell" in the matched result list.
2. Click "Windows PowerShell" in the matched result list. You will see a command line window showing up with a version message and a prompt like:
Windows PowerShell Copyright (C) 2012 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved. PS C:\Users\fyicenter>
