✍: FYIcenter.com
NetZero Toolbar offers you nice features, but it also consumes resources from your Windows system,
and presents some security risks.
If you are concerned, you should remove NetZero Toolbar from your Internet Explorer (IE) browser.
NetZero Toolbar is installed as part of the NetZero dialup package. One way to remove NetZero Toolbar is to uninstall the entire NetZero dialup package by using the Control Panel > Add/Remove Program tool:
1. Click Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.
2. Find NetZero Internet in the program list, and click the Remove button. NetZero Internet Uninstall dialog box shows up. Finish the uninstallation process.
If you want to keep the NetZero dialup function, but remove the NetZero Toolbar, you can use the HijackThis program:
1. Run HijackThis system scan, you should see the following lines in the scan report:
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,
