Actually, you should keep UpdaterUI.exe as a startup, because it is part of the McAfee VirusScan that protects your compute.

I would really appreciate that someone tells me what to do when I have a UpdateUI.exe asking to be installed, any time I get connected to the net,and I don't have McAfee VieusScan. I+m using Norton 360 version 2. There's no indication about the editor and I'm affraid it could be kind of malware...
