A

If you are using Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (SP2), Internet Explorer (IE) version 6 allows you to manage all add-on programs through a nice interface accessible on the Programs tab of the Tools > Internet Options menu.

Manage Add-ons interface can be used to:

  • List all add-on programs.
  • View detailed information add-on programs, like publisher names, program types, and supporting files.
  • Disable any specific add-on program.
  • Enable any disabled add-on program.

See our List Add-ons tutorial for more information.
