He i have installed php and apache as per your tutorial. but still i am getting the error like [Tue Apr 12 12:56:27 2011] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] script not found or unable to stat: C:/Program Files/php-5.2.17/php-cgi.exe . this error is from server log on browser HTTP 404 NOT FOUND. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW ???

Can you verify if you can run "C:/Program Files/php-5.2.17/php-cgi.exe" from command line window? That path name should be the location where your PHP is installed.
