Can I disable Windows service "FTP Publishing Service" to speedup my computer?

Execution command: C:\WINDOWS\System32\inetsrv\inetinfo.exe
If you are not using your computer to serve FTP for transferring files with other computers, you can disable "FTP Publishing Service", freeing up at least 1MB of memory.
