A
Windows service "Error Reporting Service" - Allows error reporting for services and applications running in non-standard environments.

Execution command: C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs

This service allows applications to send error reports to Microsoft support center. If you don't use this service, you can disable "Error Reporting Service", freeing up at least 1MB of memory.
