Unable to sync my email account in mail app, I keep getting the error that my email address is not available
My mail cannot sync and there is a message that my email address is not available when I click on the sync button. I suspect that a link is not working.
Now my inbox stays at the last mail yesterday. I cannot receive any new mail nor send out any. What should I do to rectify this problem?
I am not sure whether re-installing the Mail application would resolve the problem. Anyway, I cannot find the Mail application in the Store to re-install it.

3. What is the exact error code or error message?
4. Have you uninstalled the Mail app?
You will only be able to download the app once after uninstalling the app. I would suggest you to try uninstalling and reinstalling the mail app and check if it helps.
Step 1: Follow the steps to uninstall the app:
a. Right click the app that you want to uninstall.
b. Click on Uninstall in the task bar.
c. Then click on Uninstall button.
d. Restart the computer.
